O’Donnells Hand Cooked Crisps are the leading hand cooked crisp brand in Ireland*. Over the last ten years, Ireland has fallen in love with the taste of O’Donnells crisps which were founded in 2010, by Ed O’Donnell.

Since the 1700’s, Ed’s family have farmed at Seskin Farm, Co.Tipperary. His passion for food and his desire to create an authentic premium crisp working with local Irish food suppliers led to the development of O’Donnells premium hand cooked crisps. Today, the O’Donnells range consists of six delicious flavours, all of which are gluten free and each flavour has won many awards throughout the years for their great taste profile.

To mark this historic 10-year milestone for the brand, O’Donnells are launching two new Limited Edition Party Packs which feature messages from the founders, Ed and Kate to thank consumers for their support over the last 10 years.

O’Donnells Party Packs are available in a bigger fill Sharing Pack format 170g, allowing you to enjoy more of O’Donnells bestselling flavours; Irish Cider Vinegar and Sea Salt and Mature Cheese and Red Onion. O’Donnells Mature Cheese & Red Onion recently won Gold in the crisp category at Blás na hÉireann Awards, Great Taste Award 2020 and a FreeFrom Food Award Ireland 2020.

O’Donnells Party Packs will be available only for a limited period in selected retailers nationwide so pick up a pack in store while stocks last.

We are beyond thrilled to accept the Gold award in The Crisps category at Blas na hEireann, Irish Food Awards. This is the second year in a row that Ireland’s favourite hand cooked crisps, O’Donnells Mature Cheese & Red Onion Flavour, has won The Gold award in the crisps category. These awards are blind tasted by a panel of food experts. Kate O’Donnell accepted the award from Con Traas of The Apple Farm in Co Tipperary and chairman of The Tipperary Food Producers Network. Wonderful to celebrate Irish food and local food producers so congratulations to all the well deserved winners.

The O’Donnells Crisps team have been working very hard to reduce the environmental impact of packaging waste and we are making significant reductions on the amount of film used across all of our range, including our new O’Donnells Furrows. We are proud to say that this year we have reduced the film on our core range (50g and 125g) by 18% and our 6 pack multipacks by 30% #lesspackaging #environmental #waste #sustainability

O'Donnells Crisps are the official snack partner of The Gossies 2021. We were thrilled to team up with goss.ie for their virtual awards hosted by TV presenter Lucy Kennedy. Many of Ireland's brightest stars dressed up in their finest Hollywood glamour for the event which took place virtually on 6th March and was broadcasted on YouTube on 7th March 2021. A host of celebrity guests, influencers and social media stars attended and 19 awards were presented to the winners of each category. O'Donnells Crisps also sponsored "Best Social Media Star" category which was won by the fantastically entertaining Tadhg Fleming. Congratulations to Tadhg and his family who provide so much fun and entertainment on social media which is a welcome distraction for so many of their followers.
