Our crisps are made using home grown Tipperary potatoes and we have sourced local artisan food producers to inspire unique individual flavours. These potatoes are peeled and finely sliced before entering the fryer where the slices are cooked in small batches in 100% sunflower oil. The seasoning is added and then the crisps are immediately bagged for extra freshness. O’DONNELLS
